Diamantprofil AB is, since 2010, a fully-owned subsidiary in the Garpco group of companies.

As per 1 November 2016, employees and operations have been transferred to Swedex AB. The production unit in Skogås will remain a manufacturer of high quality electroplated tools.

Diamantprofil AB was founded in 1991 and is situated in Skogås, just outside the central areas of Stockholm.
